If it took your hours to rotate and reencode 3 minutes of the video, then the problem can lie on an enormous resolution. And i mean huge! Can you please provide the output of the avprobe original.mp4 so that it can be ascertained.

Does anyone know how I can play a local .mp4 file from androids Resource folder or Asset? I've read nearly everything I can find online but can't get anything to work. As far as I've read, it's not possible to read the video file from the Assets folder. 041b061a72
